🚨New this school year!

🪪Daily ID wear is required for all BMS students while on campus.
🟣Students will receive IDs and clips during the first week of school and must be clipped on the front right chest area—not on backpacks or pockets.

🟡Lanyards are optional and must be in school-approved colors: purple, yellow, white, gray, or navy.
🚫No breakaway or retractable styles allowed.

🐯 BMS lanyards will be sold at Back to School Night and throughout the year!

📱 💜BMS Technology Policy Reminder for 2025–2026!💛📱 To help students stay focused and create the best learning environment, here’s what you need to know: ✅No headphones or earbuds on campus. ✅Phones and smart watches must be powered down and in backpacks before exiting the bus or car each morning. ✅Devices stay powered down until 2:40 PM. 📌Offenses & Consequences: Repeated use of phones or devices during the school day will result in escalating consequences—starting with phone pick‑up at the office and moving to parent conferences and behavior referrals. ☎️Need to contact your child during the day? ✅ There’s a phone in the front office students can use. ✅ Parents can call the front office if they need to get a message to their student. Thanks for helping us keep our Tigers engaged and ready to learn!🐯

With 12 years of high school science experience, she’s passionate about helping students build strong foundations and feel confident as they dive into their science journey.🔬✨ When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll most likely find her at the ballpark cheering on her 11‑year‑old son with her husband by her side!⚾ 💭What is Mrs. DuBose most excited about as a BMS Tiger? “I’m excited for the opportunity to change things up by teaching 7th grade after spending the past 12 years teaching high school science. I bring a unique perspective that allows me to help middle school students build strong foundational skills and make meaningful connections to what they’ll encounter in high school science.
