🚨 Red Ribbon Week is next week, and this year’s theme is “Life is a Puzzle, Solve It Bully and Drug Free!” 🧩❤️

Red Ribbon Week is a nationwide campaign that encourages students to live bully and drug-free while making healthy, positive choices. It’s a time to celebrate, learn, and pledge to live a life full of purpose and positive connections. 🎗️✨

To kick off the celebration, every student will sign a pledge and receive a brag tag as a reminder that they hold the key to making good choices. 🔑💪 On Monday, students can wear a red shirt with their uniform bottoms to show support for living bully and drug free!

Throughout the week, students will take part in meaningful activities that focus on positive decision-making and teamwork.

Let’s make this Red Ribbon Week a perfect fit — one piece at a time! ❤️💙

Stockwell Spirit Night

The month of September is always recognized as Attendance Awareness Month! Of course, every day counts, Stallions! We know that attendance is "Tie-D" to success! Students who have had no absences, no tardies, and no checkouts during September have earned a special reward:

🎨 Tie-Dye Day! 🎨
On Friday, October 3, qualifying students may wear a fun school-appropriate tie-dye shirt with their uniform bottoms.

🎟 A “Free Dress” pass is being sent home today with those students who earned this privilege—be sure to keep it safe!

Let’s continue to show off our Stallion pride by being here all day, every day!

🚒🔥 Fire Safety Day at Stockwell! 🔥🚒 Today, the Bossier City Fire Department visited our K–2 students to teach them all about fire safety. Students learned the importance of having a safety plan at home, what to do in case of an emergency, and even got to see a real fire truck up close! 🚒✨ During the visit, Stockwell Place Elementary was honored to be presented with a Proclamation from Mayor Thomas H. Chandler, officially recognizing October as Fire Prevention Month in Bossier City. This year’s theme, “Charge Into Fire Safety: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home,” reminds families to learn how to safely use and store batteries. We are grateful to the Bossier City Fire Department and city leaders for helping our Stallions learn the importance of safety and prevention!

🚗💙 Car Line Safety Reminder 💙🚗

Parents, thank you for helping us keep our Stallions safe each morning! 🌟 Please remember:

✅ Students should only exit their vehicle once you have driven through the car line.
✅ Wait until you are at the designated drop-off area where teachers are on duty.
❌ For safety, students may not exit cars while waiting on the street.
✅ Always enter the car line behind the last car in line.
❌ Please do not drive around waiting cars to get in front of the line.

Your cooperation ensures a smooth, safe start for everyone. Thank you for putting safety first! 🐴💙
