🌟 A huge THANK YOU to Enercorp for donating 53 school uniform jackets to our Stallions! 💙💛

As the cooler weather arrives, this generous donation will make a real difference for students who may not have a jacket of their own. We are so thankful for community partners like Enercorp who step in to meet needs and show our kids that they are cared for and supported.

🌟 Teacher of the Year: Mrs. Maura Ayres
In just her second year at Stockwell, Mrs. Ayres has already made an incredible impact on our school. She is a valued member of our Instructional Leadership Team, where she helps lead professional learning and supports teachers in strengthening instruction. Inside her classroom, she creates a warm, structured, and engaging environment where students know they are cared for and challenged to succeed. Her passion for teaching shines through in every lesson, and her students thrive because she believes in their potential. We are so grateful for the energy, dedication, and heart she brings to Stockwell each day! 💙📚

🌟 New Teacher of the Year: Mrs. Kourtney Hughes
Though Mrs. Hughes has been part of the Stallion family since 2009, this year marks her first as a classroom teacher—and what an incredible start it has been! As our PE teacher, she has brought energy and excitement to physical education, encouraging students to try their best, stay active, and believe in themselves. She is also the coach of our Stockwell cheerleaders, pouring countless hours into building their skills and spirit. Her students light up in PE because she makes every child feel included, capable, and celebrated. She has shown that with positivity and high expectations, students can achieve more than they ever imagined. 💪📣

🌟 Outstanding Support Staff: Mrs. April Green
Mrs. Green is a wonderful example of what it means to care for students with consistency and heart. She shows up each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever she is needed. Her patience, kindness, and loving nature make a difference for our students, who know they can count on her for encouragement and support. She helps create a school environment where every child feels valued and cared for. 💛🌟

We are so proud of these amazing educators and staff members who embody what it means to Strive, Persevere, Excel every single day! 🐴💙
