Another successful Teacher Leader Summit is in the books! Educators from across the parish recently attended the annual professional learning conference that brings together teachers and leaders from across the state to learn new skills as they begin preparations for the 2024-25 school year. We're so proud of these #differencemakers and grateful for their dedication to our students. Thank you teachers!

Our Honor Choir traveled to Dallas for the Lone Star Music Festival, earning all superior ratings and the Outstanding Performance award as the top elementary division choir. Earlier this spring, they also received all superior ratings at the District Festival. A special thank you to Mrs. Hendrix for her hard work and dedication!

While we are sad to bid farewell to Mrs. Reeh, who will be moving to Texas this summer, we are thrilled to announce our new Assistant Principal, Jennifer Woods.
Ms. Woods is a proud two-time graduate of Louisiana State University at Shreveport, holding both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. With 22 years of teaching experience in Bossier Parish and nine years at Stockwell Place Elementary, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our school community.
Jennifer Woods is the proud mother of an amazing adult daughter, Jori, who resides in Dallas, Texas. She is also a cherished member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Having traveled and lived in many places worldwide, Ms. Woods is delighted to call Bossier City her home.
As our new Assistant Principal, Ms. Woods is excited to continue driving Stockwell Place Elementary forward. Please join us in welcoming her to this new role!
